Jacob West
Director of PLMJacob West leads Cre8tive’s PLM practice across North America, overseeing sales, implementation, and customer success for the company’s Pro.File PLM business. He’s worked with the platform for more than a decade — first as a Consultant, then as a Senior Consultant, and now in the director’s seat — and is widely recognized as one of North America’s foremost experts on the software, having guided implementations across a broad range of industries from manufacturing and agriculture to aerospace and defense.
At Cre8tive, Jacob has championed the development of a streamlined, preconfigured deployment model that has become the company’s standard approach to new customer engagements and has led the development of significant innovation in the platform. He coordinates delivery with international partners across Europe and also serves on Cre8tive’s leadership board for responsible AI adoption — work that carries particular weight given how much of the company’s customer base operates in regulated environments.
