Richard has nearly 20 years of manufacturing experience. He started his career as a production planner during an Epicor ERP implementation. After several years as a SME on the software, Richard moved into an IT role, eventually serving as Vice President of IT for a multi-site, global manufacturing company. He has held a variety of roles in his career, including positions in senior leadership, project management, business analysis, and ERP consulting. Richard holds an MBA focused on strategic management as well as a PMP certification.
