As Chief Service Officer, Jeff oversees the service organization making sure they achieve successful implementations along with execution of exceptional customer service strategies. With a strong background in service operations and customer experience management Jeff leads a team dedicated to delivering high-quality, efficient, and responsive support across multiple channels.
Jeff has close to 30+ years of experience in the ERP world, where he held leadership roles in service management and where they implemented innovative solutions that enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty. He began his ERP career at ROI Systems as a consultant. He then joined Epicor Software as a senior consultant before becoming the Regional Consultant Manager for the Northeast Division at Epicor. The last 15 years of his career have been spent at EpiCenter an Authorized Partner of Epicor as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Services. Overall Jeff has been in the Epicor community for close to 25 years.
Jeff is focus driven to continually work with customers to ensure they are getting the most out of the Epicor product and reaping the financial benefits with the system across their organizations. Jeff’s a strategic thinker with a deep commitment to continuous improvement and service.
